Fasclad Inc., founded in 2014, is a design-build façade and curtain wall specialist that has grown into one of the Philippines' most trusted building-envelope contractors, holding an A-Level PCAB license and a nationwide footprint across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. The company delivers the full façade value chain in-house — design, engineering, fabrication, and installation — for unitized curtain walls, window walls, aluminum punch windows, and ALUCOBOND aluminum composite cladding as the exclusive Philippine partner for 3A Composites. Fasclad's client roster includes Ayala Land, SM Prime, Rockwell Land, Robinsons Land, Filinvest, Zuellig, and Shangri-La Properties, with notable projects spanning the Haraya Residences by Shangri-La, Masters Tower (Cebu, designed by SOM), Pasig City Hall Complex, and St. Luke's Medical Center. In 2024, Fasclad established a joint-venture manufacturing facility in Guangdong, China, quadrupling annual production capacity to over 750,000 sqm and extending its reach across ASEAN, Australia, and the Middle East.
