International Suppliers

Finnish Design Shop

Finnish Design Shop, founded in 2004, is the world's largest online retailer specialized in Nordic design, based in Finland and offering over 200,000 furniture, lighting, and decor items from more than 300 renowned Scandinavian brands including GUBI, Artek, HAY, Muuto, Iittala, and Marimekko. In 2015 the company launched Finnish Design Shop Contract Sales, a dedicated service for companies and design professionals sourcing Nordic design at project scale rather than single-item retail purchases. All orders ship from Finland, with international customers responsible for local customs duties and taxes on a DDU basis. With no dedicated Singapore or Philippines entity, Finnish Design Shop sits under SPECIFiSPACE's International Suppliers category, relevant for projects sourcing authentic Nordic design pieces through direct import. For architects and interior designers specifying genuine Scandinavian furniture and lighting brands for premium residential or hospitality projects, Finnish Design Shop offers a single-source contract sales channel spanning hundreds of design houses.
