KIPCOL (KDK Philippines)

KDK International Philippines Corp. (KIPCOL) was founded in November 1979 as a joint venture between Avenue Electrical Supply and Matsushita Seiko Co. Ltd (now part of the Panasonic group), becoming the exclusive Philippine distributor for KDK, one of the world's oldest continuous electric fan brands, in operation since 1909. KDK is the largest-selling fan brand across Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, and was recognized by the Philippines' National Consumers Affairs Foundation as Top Electric Fan Brand for Product Quality and Excellence in 2004. Beyond KDK's ceiling and ventilating fans, KIPCOL has expanded its distribution to include Rinnai electric water heaters, Mitsui vacuum cleaners, and since 2016, Panasonic ventilation products.
