Office Planner

Office Planner Pte Ltd, incorporated in 1996, evolved from a furniture trading company into Singapore's first Asian-owned office furniture manufacturer to achieve GECA Eco-label certification, in 2012. Led by Managing Director Gavin Woo, the company built international credibility through design collaborations with Philippe Starck (which opened doors to Australian and Korean markets) and Karim Rashid, whose partnership produced the design-led Pinker collection. Office Planner's products are tested to ANSI/BIFMA X56-2003 standards and manufactured in its own factory using advanced European machinery, with a product range spanning hot desking, height-adjustable desks, meeting and training tables, ergonomic seating, and private acoustic pods, positioning the company as a workspace partner focused on human behaviour and wellbeing rather than a pure furniture vendor.
