Rigel Technology

Rigel Technology, founded in 1991 by Christopher Ng Eng Seng, traces its origins to Singapore's public hygiene campaigns of the late 1980s, when Ng developed a sensor-based auto-flush toilet using infrared motion-detection technology. The company has since expanded into a full range of eco-friendly, smart restroom products including sensor taps, soap dispensers, flush valves, and IoT-enabled washroom systems under its RigelIoT platform. With Global HQ and an R&D Innovation Centre at Changi Business Park, and subsidiaries in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, Rigel's products have been specified in major Singapore projects including Changi Airport, Jewel, Funan Mall, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay, alongside international projects in China, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
