Timber Actually, incorporated in 2021, is a Singapore sustainable furniture and design studio that rescues locally felled trees — removed through HDB projects, land clearing, and urban renewal works — and upcycles them into furniture, architectural features, and lifestyle objects. Working with heritage species like angsana and tembusu, the company processes raw logs at its own local facility, crafting everything from custom tables and floating shelves to statement feature walls, timber benches, and architectural handrails, including decorative work for institutional clients like Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Beyond furniture, Timber Actually offers corporate gifting and small handcrafted objects, positioning sustainability and material storytelling as core to its design philosophy.
