Vintec Singapore

Vintec was founded in 1993 by Laurent Ducourneau, a Frenchman from Bordeaux who relocated to Singapore to import wine into Asia and identified a gap in the market for proper climate-controlled wine storage. The brand expanded into Australia in 1998 and grew to become the market-leading wine cabinet brand across Asia-Pacific, collaborating with Danish designers and manufacturers on its cabinet range. In 2016, Vintec was acquired by Electrolux, the Swedish home appliances group, which has since infused Scandinavian design influences into the collection while retaining the original "5 Pillars of Wine Storage" philosophy. The range spans compact 30-bottle freestanding units to walk-in cellars holding up to 4,000 bottles, serving both residential wine enthusiasts and professional hospitality clients across Singapore.
